Feijoada feita a partir de caldo de porco, servida com costela defumada, pernil defumado, paio, calabresa e carne seca. Acompanhada de arroz, farofa, vinagrete,couve, laranja e o torresmo clássico do Vista. Feijoada made with pork broth, served with smoked rib, smoked shank, paio sausage,

Arroz cateto cozido com lascas de bacalhau e sofrito de pimentões em seu próprio caldo, molho branco, ovo frito com gema mole e batata palha doce. Rice cooked with flaked cod and bell pepper sofrito in sauce, white sauce, fried egg with runny yolk and sweet shoestring potatoes.
